Overview
The following Release Notes lists the enhancements and resolved issues included in the CXA 2024.2.2 Hotfix product release. The following provides an overview of this release.
- Enhanced the existing dashboard by merging Confidence (MOS) and PESQ Scoring into single, dual-axis graph.
- Added the display of PESQ file name (file used) and its play controls in Report Dashboard at both test case and test step level.
- Changed failure reason from "Media Server Recovering" to "Call Rejected" when the media server timeout is reached, and the call still does not connect.
- JIRA Integration with CXA.
- Updated PESQ score calculations at test case and test step level to fix inconsistencies.
- Added fix to prevent the deletion of the first schedule in case of a daily run campaign.
- Added fix for the test step execution failure when imported via UI/API and Expected to Hear set to blank.
- Added fix to display sum of maximum concurrent ports used across different sub organizations.
- Added fix to display validation message, in case of invalid URL and plain text for all the control locators (except switch/switch to iframe) in web test case.
- Added fix to display last three execution details of campaign/test case in every report.
- Enhanced the display of multiple PESQ files selection view.

Enhancements
- CXA-3568 - Changed the failure reason in the alert email when a call made to the outbound number is disconnected at the far end. This is also while the music is playing. The new failure reason is "Call disconnected at the far end."
- CXA-3930 - Dashboard - Enhanced Dashboard by merging Confidence (MOS) and PESQ scoring into a single, dual-axis graph. The left Y-axis represents the Confidence scoring (percentage or MOS scale). The right Y-axis represents the PESQ metric. Users can filter, drill down, and selectively toggle/hide lines (Confidence/PESQ Min, Max, Avg) for Confidence and PESQ, as needed. If a particular scoring type (Confidence or PESQ) is not configured or available, the lines do not appear.
- CXA-3957 - Dashboard - Changed how average PESQ score is calculated using the last run and will no longer use retry attempts in calculation.
- CXA-3973 - Changed Test Case PESQ failure message from "Low PESQ Score" to "Low Test Case PESQ Score".
- CXA-3974 - Report Dashboard - User can view the PESQ file (along with play back controls) that is being used at test case level and test step level. A separate column “PESQ file” is added to show the PESQ file name at test step level.
- CXA-3982 - Dashboard - Enhanced the dashboard's visual consistency and usability.
Resolved Issues
- CXA-3937 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with importing an outbound test case.
- CXA-3938 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with System deleting the first schedule day when importing a daily schedule campaign.
- CXA-3939 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with accessing the test case folder when a test case is imported with inappropriate values in the Make a Call Retry column. The system also displays a validation message.
- CXA-3940/CXA-3943 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with system generating low PESQ score. This happens when the PESQ input file is of bad quality and when pitch variation is experienced between the PESQ input file and IVR prompt.
- CXA-3941 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issues with web test case import. System now displays appropriate validation message for valid and invalid URL. Also, Control Locator does not allow plain text for actions: Set Text, Select Option, Click, Double Click, Get Text, or Validate Text. Text entered must start with // or /html or be enclosed in [ ]. System allows plain text for actions: Switch To, Switch To Iframe, or Switch To Default.
- CXA-3942 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with duplicate copies after refreshing the page when editing a cloned campaign to create a new campaign.
- CXA-3942 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with re-running a campaign without having to quick schedule the campaign.
- CXA-3944 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with generating a QOS score when you select a test case in the Test Suite Summary section.
- CXA-3945 - Report Dashboard - The Last 3 Executions column now shows the correct details.
- CXA-3946 - Login Page - Domain name is case insensitive.
- CXA-3949 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with tags being removed after updating an existing test case step.
- CXA-3950 - Test Case Manager/Test Module Manager - Resolved issue with deselecting an existing PESQ media file and selecting a new media file in another folder when editing a test case step.
- CXA-3953 - Dashboard - Resolved issue with editing an existing dashboard and removing a campaign.
- CXA-3958 - Test Case Manager/Test Module Manager - Resolved issue with test steps that failed and have a NULL Expect to Hear value. Validated scenarios show successful report.
- CXA-3960 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with Last 3 execution details and Frequency table run results for a scheduled campaign.
- CXA-3961 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with PESQ status showing a green bullet when the PESQ score value is less than the PESQ threshold value.
- CXA-3964 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with reports not displaying because test cases were not completing their scheduled run.
- CXA-3967 - Realtime Reports - Resolved issue with Port Usage graph not showing data when Live is selected for Report From.
- CXA-3971 - Settings - Resolved issue with Jira integration.
- CXA-3975 - Realtime Reports - Resolved issue with Port Usage not providing accurate reports and using a maximum of three ports at a time.
- CXA-3977 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with importing an exported auto generated test case.
