Overview

The following Release Notes lists the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues included in the CXA 2025.0 product release. The following provides an overview of the release.

• Added the capability to define different Caller Line Identifications (CLIs) at the Test Case and Campaign levels.  
• Added the capability to provide a CLI override value through a data driven file. 
• Enhanced dashboard created for a test case to display test case run details (ran via campaign). 
• Added the capability to add multiple PESQ files at test case level in Test Case Manager. 
• Added response time threshold for Make Call step for inbound test case in Report Dashboard.
• Added the capability to provide a CLI override value through a data driven file in Test Case Manager. 
  
• Set score to zero (0) when there is no available step recording for PESQ calculation in Test Case Manager. 

Features/Enhancements

• CXA-3922 - Added the capability and flexibility to define different Caller Line Identifications (CLIs) at the Test Case and Campaign levels.
• CXA-3959 - Enhanced Dashboard created for a test case to show test case data (total number of tests run, passed, failed, or aborted) in the Test Case Metrics section. Also shows the stats of the selected test cases executed through any mode (Quick Run, Quick Schedule, Interval Schedule, and Daily Schedule). Click on pie chart to view a list of test cases for that part of the chart with a link to the test run report. 
• CXA-3992 - Test Case Manager - Added the capability to add multiple PESQ files at test case level. 
• CXA-4011 - Report Dashboard - Added response time threshold for Make Call step for inbound test case.
• CXA-4015 - Test Case Manager - Added the capability to provide a CLI override value through a data driven file.  
• CXA-4040 - Set score to zero (0) when there is no available step recording for PESQ calculation.

Resolved Issues

• CXA-3799 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with scheduling a campaign using the Indian Standard Time (IST). The IST is set in General Settings in the Settings module. 
• CXA-3917 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with end date when a user stops a campaign. Both start date and end date should be visible and intact after stopping a campaign.  
• CXA-3943 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with inconsistent PESQ scores for different test cases.
• CXA-4012 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with PESQ score not generating and showing in the Test Steps table. 
• CXA-4013 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with Response Time and Response Time threshold being the same value in the Test Steps table. 
• CXA-4016 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with aborted calls not showing a reason in the Test Steps table. 
• CXA-4017 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with completed report being merged when running the rescheduled report. A new report is now being created. 
• CXA-4021 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with blank test run detail page when running data driven reports. 
• CXA-4023 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with displaying the appropriate validation message when the user tries to add space between the CLI field values (data driven format). 
• CXA-4026 - Resolved issue with optional step showing as skipped and the second step treated as optional incorrectly. 
• CXA-4028 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with System not following the top-down approach of picking up the data rows from the data table. 
• CXA-4030 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with importing an XLS test case file with only Make Call step. 
• CXA-4036 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with cloning an existing campaign and creating two cloned campaigns. 
• CXA-4039 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with searching for a test case with an apostrophe in the name.  
• CXA-4041 - Campaign Manager/Test Case Manager/Test Modules Manager - Resolved issue with folders not displaying files.
