Nectar DXP 1.19.1

Overview

The DXP release 1.19.1 minor patch brings in some new changes for Genesys Cloud and Endpoint Client, as well as new improvements, and our regular round of bug fixes. 


Nectar DXP is Nectar’s secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar’s cloud services can be found at:

  • us.nectar.services
  • eu.nectar.services

Technical Notes

If you are using Foundation APM, release 2021.3 must be installed prior installing Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support.


New Features

  1. Endpoint Client -  NectarScore is now shown on the Test Details screens
  2. Genesys Cloud:
    1. Added the support for Email insights
    2. Conversation Journey View - Genesys Driven Journey: Addition of Endpoint Client test results as "Related Tests" component
    3. Users/Endpoints filter: Added support of GENESYS (users+participants)
  3. UI/UX: Session Details - Enriched advanced with Summary component


Improvements

  1. DB:
    1. Improvement of users for filters collecting(gf_refill_users) - remove phone participants from collention
    2. Added ad_group/ group_membership related info into database table
  2. Genesys Cloud:
    1. Conversation Journey View: Enriched Summary function with Genesys Users IDs
    2. Missing “+1” prefix in From/To and Phone Number fields in Session List
    3. Adjusted the call DB function for lookup with Genesys Cloud PARTICIPANTS
  3. Modified the User Overview page - Quality Summary to use ‘platform_user’ entity in functions
  4. Participants: Removed ND/Avaya/MS Teams Participants to improve performance (top-search, pinned)
  5. UI/UX:
    1. Dashboards: Navigation via breadcrumbs now has implemented redirection
    2. Changed the URL for re-named Custom tab to Devices
    3. Endpoint Client - Session Details: Adjusted summary component to support adding of Nectar Score as well as Test Result with Сause

Bug Fixes

  1. Admin - SSO Configuration: Updating SSO Role Mapping with blank 'External User Role' field triggered a 400 error
  2. Alerts: Custom nectar brand label was not appearing in deprecation message
  3. Devices: Close icon in search input field was not properly aligned
  4. User Overview: Expand/Collapse icon was missing in the advanced list
  5. Admin - Roles: Search was not working as per the keyword added in search field
