DXP release 1.21.0 introduces a variety of new features and improvements such as support for Cisco Webex Calling in Conversation Journey View, new Genesys Cloud widgets, UI/UX enhancements, and many more improvements. Read on for more details

New Features

1. Conversation Journey View
   1. Cisco Webex Calling is now supported by Conversation Journey View
      1. New call stitching logic between Cisco Webex Calling and Nectar Diagnostic
      2. Adapted Cisco Webex Calling details into the following Conversation Journey View sections:
         1. [Summary]
         2. [Session details]
         3. [Session timeline]
      3. Phone icons will be displayed on Cisco Webex Calling cards that are marked as answered in [Session details] section
      4. Phone icons will be displayed on Cisco Webex Calling legs marked as answered in the [Session timeline] section
   2. Implemented two-way navigation between Conversation Journey Views and Cisco Webex Session screens
2. Cisco Webex Calling
   1. Cisco Webex locations are now supported as a source for corporate locations
   2. Nectar Diagnostic section removed from Cisco Webex Calling session details page as it will now be shown on the relevant Conversation Journey page.

7. Large Tenant Mode (LTM)
   1. All new and existing tenants have been switched to Large Tenant Mode by default
8. Nectar Score
   1. Updated Nectar Score to only display [Unknown] when value is [>0] or [NULL]
   2. Nectar Score categorization has been changed from ranges [100 - 80] to constants [Good/Average/Poor/Unknown]
9. UI/UX Improvements
   1. Session List is now an expandable component. When it is expanded it will load the session list.
   2. All donut chart widgets' backend logic has been unified to ensure consistency.
   3. [External User Role] has been renamed to [External User Group] on the Admin -> SSO Configuration page
   4. Current and Historic events component now has dynamic height depending on the number of displayed items.
   5. Reduced the height of components with no data.
   6. Updated the tooltips for donut charts and added filtering by clicking on a segment
   7. System uptime Pollers (Function = SNMPsysUpTime) from the RIG  now displays in time format DD:HH:MM:SS on the Dashboard -> Devices
