Overview
DXP release 1.23.0 introduces a variety of new features such as new Genesys dashboards and reports, a re-design of the User Mapping screen, removal of the call quality, and many more new features and improvements. Read on for more details.

Technical Notes
If you are using Foundation APM, release 2021.3 must be installed prior installing Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support.
New Features
- [User Mapping] screen has been re-designed
- The new view will automatically replace the previous view
- Added the ability to view number of user by platform
- Added the ability to filter user list by platform
- Editing a user will display all platform cards associated with them.
- Added the ability to enable/disable user auto mapping for individual users
- Added the ability to manually map a platform cards to a user by using the search bar on the edit screen.
- Introduced the ability to capture Genesys Cloud console logs directly from the browser and save them proactively
- This function is disabled by default.
- The option to download these logs is found on the [User -> Overview] page.
- The Nectar Widget has been added to show contextual online documentation in the DXP UI
- Enable this feature in the [Admin -> Tenant Variables] screen.
- New set of Genesys Cloud Dashboards and Reports (NOTE: Requires additional webhooks and permissions. See Genesys Cloud Configuration)
- The new dashboards cover:
- Overall System Status – A consolidated view of the health of the Genesys Cloud environment at a glance
- Queues – Live queue activity including wait times, call volumes and service levels
- Agents – Real-time agent state alongside historic activity timelines showing time spent in ready, in-call, after-call work and other states over configurable periods
- Trunks & Edges – Live status and health of SIP trunks and Genesys Edge devices
- Phones & Devices – Registration status and device health across the endpoint estate
- Alarms – Operational and telephony alarms surfaced in a single, actionable view
- The new dashboards cover:
Improvements
- The Session Widget now also displays the total number of conversations when on the [Call Details -> Historic] screen.
- Call Quality metric has been deprecated across Nectar DXP
- Quality columns have been removed from tables
- Pages have been updated to user Nectar Score in place of Quality where applicable
- Analytic reports have been updated to remove Quality from their configurations
- Introduced a search bar in the [Cluster Settings] screen
- Added the ability to sort the service window by the status column in [Service Provider Settings → Event Management → Service Windows]
- The Data Diagnostics page will now includes the RIG Display Name along with the RIG ID
- Increased the maximum value for the Show filter to 100 items for a table lists.
- The Roles drop down is now sorted alphabetically on the [Users] page when editing/adding a user.
- [Cluster Settings] page now has a show drop down available to control the default list size
- Updated the user count order displayed on the [Partial User Monitoring] screen
- Updated the fields mappings for the [Genesys Cloud -> Advanced] screen.
- Paginated table will now display the number of records when the page size is 1
- Improved the performance for the Pinned User and User overview screens.
- The Nectar DXP version is now displayed at the bottom of the web page.
