Nectar DXP is Nectar’s new secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar’s cloud services can be found at:

Technical Notes
UCMP 2021.2 must be installed before installing this release of Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support (support@nectarcorp.com).
Nectar is consistently adding support for different devices and applications. For more information on supported products, see Nectar UCMP Foundation Release Notes v2021.2.
Nectar clients using Avaya CDR (call detail records) functionality in the RIG should have the Avaya system clock set via network time protocol (NTP). Accurate timestamps are critical when matching CDR to call quality statistics in Nectar DXP.
Bugs
- [NR-890] - Dashboard Beta - There may be data discrepancies in some isolated cases. These will be fixed in a later release.
- [NR-891] - MS Skype/Teams Comments - Blank comments are displayed in the report.
Improvements
- [NR-904] - MS Conference Reports - This widget is limited to the first 1,000 entries. Please filter by AD Group, Participant(s), and/or Organizer to focus your query. If a larger dataset output is required, the Nectar DXP PowerShell module can be used to export data in text format. Refer to the examples in the Get-NectarSessions command.
